Hardeep Chahal has practised law in Kamloops, British Columbia since 2003. His practice is primarily focused on solicitor’s work, including corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions, financing, estates, and related dispute-resolution matters.
Hardeep works with clients to provide clear, practical, and strategic legal advice. He assists individuals, businesses, institutions, and organizations with structuring transactions, managing legal risk, resolving issues, and moving matters forward efficiently.
Hardeep earned his law degree from the University of Victoria and completed a Master of Laws in Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. He also brings more than two decades of litigation experience to his solicitor’s practice. That experience gives him a strong appreciation for risk management, careful drafting, and the importance of practical legal solutions that hold up when challenged.
Hardeep is committed to the legal profession and to supporting lawyer well-being. He currently serves as Vice-President and a Director of the Lawyers Assistance Program of British Columbia.
